About Dr. Aubrey Matthews
Occupational therapist, ADHD specialist, & executive function coach

Aubrey holds a doctorate in occupational therapy and bachelor’s in psychology with a specialization certificate in Developmental Disabilities and Human Services. In addition, Aubrey is an ADHD-Certified Rehabilitation Service Provider (ADHD-RSP) and has extensively studied best-practice treatment for children and adults living with ADHD. Clinically, Aubrey’s occupational therapy career has mainly focused on serving adolescents and young adults with mental illness. She has worked in inpatient, outpatient, community, and private practice settings. As an executive function, life skills, and ADHD coach, Aubrey uses her background in mental health to consider the complexities and emotional components of working toward goals.
